My name is Tatiana Koval.
It has been 20 years that I am working at the junction of two spheres: human resource management and marketing. Without realizing it, I was following the now popular «m-employee» trend: developing expertise in multiple areas simultaneously. Continuous development is the higher value for me and I strive to increase the number of “legs”, — areas of expertise, — within my letter “m”.
One of the areas that I have been studying closely for the last 5 years has been the topic of human happiness. I wondered once: why does it seem to me that my life is flying by and there is nothing interesting in it? Is this what I dreamed of in my youth, when I set myself bold goals? I decided to apply systematic approach to managing my life — since I’ve been successfully exploiting it in business for many years. I decomposed my life within the balance wheel and saw where I had a shortage of «points». Thus, I began creating events for certain axes of my balance wheel, and now events find me themselves.
The practice of mindfulness and the ability to «be in the moment» has affected my business. I started seeing the aims of my projects differently. It is not only the economic feasibility in my focus, but people, their emotions and level of happiness as well. I sincerely believe, that it is only for the happy people to guide companies towards success. Perhaps, for that reason there are so many interesting, multileveled and complex projects in my portfolio, where both owners and managers share this same position.
Topic of happiness and mindful life has stopped being a personal practice only. I wish to share this with other people and companies, so to make their life more mindful, harmonized and happy.
